The hotel is situated in a lovely area, with a fantastic view of the Quayside. The rooms, although not cleaned to the highest standard, offer a king-size bed and a great view of the Quayside. The service was excellent, with super friendly and accommodating staff members. The location is very good, being close to the train station and providing easy access to the city center. The dining experience, with its river views and fresh dishes, was enjoyable. Despite the cheap bedding in the rooms, the hotel offers good value for money overall.
